ChuNoodle is named after the breeze of the old and new at the turn of the year, as well as the spring rain that nurtures the earth.
The ensemble is inspired by classical music (clarinet and bass clarinet), with an undertone of local dialects (Hakka and Heluo), in combination of the contemporary pop music (guitar and Chinese pop vocal).

Their works are both vintage and innovative. Like the Yangchun noodles, they deliver an impression of rustic friendliness.
