Groovy afro-beat and wild, jazzy horns come together in The KutiMangoes who unite people by sharing a new, global sound that connects cultures. Traveling the world with their complex, imaginative and incredibly warm Afrobeat from the North, this 6-piece from Denmark shares their award winning music that pushes borders on the afro- and jazz scene.

Their debut album Afro-Fire (2014) won 2 Danish Grammy Awards and took the band to Europe, Asia & Africa. The follow-up “Made in Africa” (2016) was recorded in Burkina Faso and Mali heightening their reputation as a live act in Germany, UK, France & Denmark. On their third effort ”Afrotropism” (2019), the band condenses their infuences, creating their very own distinctive concept of global music. Uniting African music traditions with European modernity it has met met widespread critical acclaim for its innovative sounds, warmth and Danish coolness.
